How to complete identity verification (KYC)

Identity verification protects your account and is required before you can deposit, withdraw or reach higher limits. Have a government-issued ID ready.
- 1Go to Account, then Identity Verification.
- 2Select your country and document type (passport, ID card or driving licence).
- 3Upload clear photos of your document, making sure all corners and text are visible.
- 4Complete the selfie or liveness check so we can confirm the document belongs to you.
- 5Submit and wait for review. Most checks complete quickly, but some can take longer.
NoteMake sure the name and date of birth on your document match the details on your account.
